About Us

I am Kyler Parker, a senior at the University of Georgia, and I proudly founded KylerKares during my junior year of high school in response to the growing rates of homelessness I witnessed in my community of Roswell, Georgia. Observing the struggles of homeless women and children around me deeply affected me, compelling me to take action. I realized that addressing homelessness requires more than just providing immediate assistance; it necessitates breaking down the societal stigma that often surrounds it.

To make a meaningful impact, I strategically partnered with local schools, including my own, Centennial High School, to raise awareness and mobilize resources. Through these collaborations, I aimed to foster a sense of community responsibility and encourage my peers to join in this crucial fight against homelessness. KylerKares stands as a testament to the belief that together, we can create a supportive environment for those in need, ensuring that homeless women and children in Atlanta and Roswell receive not just aid but also the dignity and respect they deserve. My mission is to empower these individuals, helping them regain their independence while also inspiring others to understand and empathize with their challenges.
